Lindsay won a unanimous 3-0 decision over David Marshall of Warwick, Rhode Island. Lindsay looked rusty after the long layoff but was still able to prevail with the win, improving his record to 5-1.
Faria gave up experience and a height advantage to southpaw James Maner of Johnston, Rhode Island but won all three rounds on the judges scorecards winning a unanimous 3-0 decision. Faria’s record is now 8-1.
