VMS MANAGEMENT, INC INKS SUPER BANTAMWEIGHT JONEL LORENZO TO A MANAGEMENT DEAL

Oakland, NJ (April 22, 2016) – Vinny Scolpino of VMS Management, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of 22 year old, amateur Super Bantamweight Jonel Lorenzo of Newark, New Jersey to an exclusive management contract.
Lorenzo will have his first professional bout on this Saturday, April 23, 2016 on a Star Boxing undercard against Michael Stoute (1-0-0) of Long Island, New York at the Paramount Theatre, Huntington, New York.
Lorenzo is a well-known amateur fighter who had an amateur career of 21 wins and 4 losses. Lorenzo is a four time New Jersey Diamond Glove champ, a three time New Jersey Golden Glove champ, Golden Glove regional champ and won the Canada Adidas National Title.

I just signed him and immediately I started contacting promoters and booked his pro debut this Saturday, the 23rd at the Paramount on Long Island on a Star Boxing undercard. Jonel has a good aggressive but tactical style that will take him far in this sport, as he grows into his style. He will shake up his weight class for sure.
